Overview

Liquid is a CRM platform with many different functionalities, such as hiring staff for various industries, tracking their timesheets, sending and paying invoices, setting up interviews, finding the best matching candidates for a specific role and location, seeing their schedule and seeing an internal staff schedule, ability to call, chat, email and collect/store files all from within the same system.

Our responsibilty:

Our role in this project was to design the branding, design and develop the CRM System, Mobile app and a desktop version of the mobile app.

Functionality:

The CRM consists of a log of different features. Some of the main features are: hiring and managing staff for various companies, tracking their work hours, setting up and viewing their schedule in an internal calendar, sending payments, publishing vacancies, contacting potential clients and candidates via the system by messaging, calling or emailing, collecting and creating compliance sets and a lot more

Mindmap

Before we began the design process we had a few sessions to create a mind map of the project, to help the designers and developers understand the logic of the CRM system. On top of that those mind mapping sessions helped us find some of the vital functionality that was not initially though of.

CRM Features

The CRM consists of a log of different features. Liquid Vacancies

One of the main and vital features of Liquid CRM is vacancies. User publishes a vacancy and can find employees that match this vacancy by salary, experience, existing documentation and distance. Each vacancy has the ability of adding shifts and placing employees on those shifts.

Liquid Calendar

Another vital feature of the CRM is the calendar. There are 3 types of calendars. First type is for companies, second type is for candidates and third calendar is the internal staff’s. On the company’s calendar a user can see all shifts for all vacancies as well as people assigned to those shifts. They can also filter by location, position and people. 
Candidates can see their own shifts and interviews on their calendar. Staff can see what’s on the agenda as well as calendars of companies and candidates.
